  • Dr Jay is currently working as a consultant psychiatrist in a private setting at Andheri, Mumbai.
  • He is also a honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at Smt. Motibai Thakcersey Institute of Research in the Field of Mental Retardation from June 2002 till date. It is the only one its kind of institute in India/ Asia.
  • He is a life member of Bombay Psychiatric Society, Indian Medical Association, General Practitioner’s Association, Consultant’s Association etc. just to name a few.
  • He has been actively associated with various research papers as sub-investigator & has also delivered over 180 lectures by invitation.
  • He has chaired 25 scientific sessions and workshops and has also organized 10 conferences, workshops, seminars & lecture programs.
